EFT International Training
I am an Accredited Certified EFT Master Trainer for EFT International (previously known as AAMET) and run introductory and professional EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) trainings according to their syllabus and guidelines.
EFT Level 1 – Foundations
EFT Level 1 is the introductory level of EFT training and equips you with the skills to use EFT to work on your own emotional challenges and those of your family and friends. It’s a hands-on training with lots of supervised practice, you’ll soon be using EFT for yourself, and you may be suprised at just how quick, effective and painless it can be.
This training is fully self contained and open to all, after attending you will be able to use EFT confidently for a variety of issues. If you want to go further, developing your EFT skills for working with other people, it serves as the foundation for the Level 2 / EFTi Practitioner course.
EFT Level 2 – Practitioner
EFT Level 2 gives you the skills to work with clients, it is intended for those in the helping professions who wish to add this extremely effective method to their toolkit. You will learn more sophisticated approaches for dealing with trauma, anxiety, cravings, physical symptoms and more.
After taking this course and completing further requirements of EFTi you can go on to be an EFTi Accredited Certified Practitioner.
Note: You must have attended an EFTi EFT Level 1 course to attend the EFT Level 2 training.
EFT Level 3 – Advanced Practitioner
EFT Level 3 is designed to help EFT Practitioners develop their confidence, and skills by learning the ‘Art of Delivery’ so they can get even better results with a wider range of clients.
Note: You must have attended an EFTi Level 2 course to attend an EFT Level 3 training
EFTi Certification & Accreditation
To receive certification and accreditation as an EFTi Practitioner (Level 2) or Advanced Practitioner (Level 3), students need to successfully complete the extra requirements within 12 months of the completion of their EFT Level 2 or 3 training to help them integrate and demonstrate their skills.
EFTi Supervision / Mentoring
Mentoring is an essential requirement for all practitioner members of EFTi, with six hours one-to-one, or small group mentoring, per year being the minimum necessary to achieve or maintain practitioner status.
I offer EFT Supervision/Mentoring to EFT Students, Practitioners and Advanced Practitioners, individually and in groups.
Identity Healing Training
Identity Healing ® is an integrated set of processes that I developed for dissolving identity beliefs and resolving identity conflicts, combining Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Identity beliefs and conflicts form when a constellation of feelings, beliefs and behaviours are split-off from ourselves at times of stress in our early lives.
These split-off younger parts of ourselves are sometimes called sub-personalities (or inner children, ego-states, ECHOs etc). They encapsulate all the feelings, thoughts and behaviours that were present at the time of the split. The stress and distress of identity beliefs and conflicts in our adult lives is bound up in those younger sub-personalities.
Learning to use Identity Healing techniques gives you a powerful and graceful way of working with painful identity beliefs and suffering younger selves.
You can find out more about Identity Healing at www.identityhealing.com
Identity Healing Level 1 (Practitioner)
The Identity Healing Level 1 Practitioner Training introduces the basics of the process by using instruction, demonstration and supervised practice to enable an experienced EFT Practitioner to:
- Easily identify and work with sub-personalities.
- Make powerful changes without needing to process memories.
- Effectively soothe and heal struggling younger selves.
- Unfreeze those younger selves so they can grow and evolve as they should if they hadn’t been frozen in place by stress or distress.
- Help your clients tap into their unconscious resources to heal their younger selves.
- Use these approaches to heal your own suffering younger selves.
- Use a variation of these processes for working with dissociated memories and enhanced mental rehearsal techniques.
This training is designed to help you work with single sub-personalities, one at a time. The Identity Healing Level 1 Training is practical and participative. Learning is by demonstration, discussion and supervised pair practice of the techniques.
The training is two days long and is run in small groups (maximum 12) participants to ensure the personal attention of the trainer.
Identity Healing Level 2 (Advanced Practitioner)
Our younger selves do not just exist in isolation. They can interact and be antagonistic to one another.
The Identity Healing Level 2 Advanced Practitioner Training takes the fundamental Identity Healing process and applies it to the problematic interactions between sub-personalities and the experience of the inner critic.
At the Level 2 training participants (will have already attended an Identity Healing Level 1 training) will work with:
- Problem interactions between sub-personalities which can manifest as ‘identity conflicts’ eg. ‘I hate myself’ or ‘I can’t forgive myself’ where parts of ourselves are in conflict of some sort.
- Resolving the client’s experience of their inner critic(s) and help them find compassion for themselves.
- Undoing unhelpful relationship roles (sometimes known as Reciprocal Roles) adopted in childhood which interfere with adult life.
These processes require simultaneous working with two or more sub-personalities and their relationships. The processes are the same, the complexity is much greater.
The training is two days long and is run in small groups (maximum 12) participants to ensure personal attention and lots of specific feedback.
