Bad news for fans of athletics

I’ve signed up again to run the Great North Run on behalf of St Oswald’s Hospice. I hope this is good news for them. If you are a fan of athletics and like to watch the elegant, graceful and swift in keen competition don’t bother looking out for me.

I’ll start making a donations page shortly for those of you who would like to support a good cause and give my suffering meaning.
