The Great North Run

The Great North Run is only a month away and I’m nowhere near ready. I’m behind with my training and behind with my sponsorship efforts. I’ve only just updated my Justgiving webpage for people who prefer to donate online.

As I may have mentioned I’m running again on behalf of St Oswald’s Hospice in Newcastle to support their excellent work in palliative care and the care of the dying.

The Great North Run is the world’s largest half marathon about 50,000 runners. I’m not going to be at the front, but I am going to do my best to get to the finish line before sunset.

If you would like to give my suffering meaning or just support a great cause. Please visit the www.justgiving.com/practicalwellbeing and sponsor me.

Thank you.

EFT Level 1 in Newcastle

On Saturday 21st September I will be running an EFT Level 1 training at St Oswald’s Hospice, Newcastle. This is the introductory level of EFT training and equips you with the skills to use EFT to work on your own issues and those of your family and friends.

It’s a hands-on training with lots of supervised practice, you’ll soon be using EFT for yourself, and you may be surprised at just how quick, effective and painless it can be for a wide variety of issues.

I’m going to fix the price at £60 for this training. This will probably be your last chance to get this full introduction to EFT at this price as I’m am raising my prices in 2009. So if you’ve been thinking about learning EFT this might be a good time to do it.
